Can you deliver temperature controlled items?

Yes, we can. We use portable units for temperature controlled transportation. The units have a capacity of 32 litres and a temperature range of 8 to minus 30 degrees celsius. Quality control readings from the unit can be provided as required. Our units are ideal for carrying samples of any kind.

Do you deliver Ebay style items?

 

No, we do not do any Ebay or auction site style deliveries.

Do you make deliveries for the public?​

We are a strictly business to business service, so unfortunately, we do not carry out any deliveries for private individuals who are not operating on behalf of a business/organisation.

What are your opening hours?

We operate a 24/7 service for account holders. Outside of office hours, all calls are redirected to our out of hours phone. Please note that our office and unit are only occupied between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday. Without prior arrangement, all deliveries or collections in to us must be made during these hours.​

Is an account necessary to work with you?

An account is not required in order to use our services. However if you require credit terms, then an account must be set up. To open a credit account with us, please visit this page.

Do you offer insurance?

All deliveries/collections are covered under our Goods in Transit insurance policy. This policy covers goods up to £25,000. Additional cover can be arranged on an ad-hoc basis if required. Please contact us to discuss any additional insurance requirements.
