Hello everyone, we hope that you are all keeping well. It has been a while since our last blog post and like many businesses, we have encountered many challenges during that time. Safe to say, our focus has been elsewhere, but hopefully our posts will now become regular again.
As we have been all through the pandemic, we continue to be very much involved in the battle against Covid. As well as continued PPE movements for the NHS, we now also transport Covid samples and testing stock around the north of England. This work has seen us able to actually grow in the past couple of months or so. We have been able to employ two new members of staff and have officially made the transition from micro to small business. Our new guys, Colin Grogan and Paul Constantine are pictured below. To know more about them, please see their profiles here.
This new growth has seen us tweak the structure of the business and make some staff changes. We are pleased to announce that Jordan Firth has been promoted to the new role of Customer Service Manager. The role will see Jordan managing some accounts and carrying out customer site visits. Meanwhile, Tyler Gearing has been moved from his admin role that had been redundant for most of the year, to the role of Team Member. This has been done to help Tyler gain an understanding of the nuts and bolts of the business, furthering his overall development.
