It isn't long since we posted January's results, but for February, we are a bit more on the ball! As mentioned last month, we have changed the way that we reward our staff and moved to an employee of the month system.
We are pleased to announce that the winner for February was Tyler Gearing. Tyler actually finished in second, just behind Darren on the driver leader board, but has won the award due to his improvement shown. Tyler normally comes towards the bottom, so showed a massive improvement. Tyler has been rewarded with a long weekend off for his efforts. Darren McCartney and Ian Peers made up the top three drivers. Well done to all for another excellent month.
