Hello everyone. This is just a short post to inform that we are currently implementing a mini, internal restructure again. Times are incredibly challenging at the moment, especially for small businesses. Just passing on the ever increasing costs is not always an option, so, we need to get creative!
In the near future, we will be announcing a number of new, economy service options. These services will be provided by selected delivery partners and we are currently in the process of putting those partners in place. As the times they are a changing, we have identified the need to maybe shift the way that we do one or two things and increase our revenue streams.
Already effected, Michelle has returned to her initial role of Operations Director. Michelle will now have full control over the operation of the business, whilst retaining her financial responsibilities. Yes, work is being piled on to her in an attempt to streamline our costs! Kelvin will remain as Managing Director, but his focus is shifting more to business development and sustainability. He will still be responsible for process development. The rest of our team remains unchanged for the time being, though we do have plans to install a Transport Manager in the future.
